Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, content, and materials required for the project
- Respond to communications and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review periods
- Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Intellectual Property
Client Materials
You retain ownership of all materials, content, and assets you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering your project.
Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom designs, code, and content created for you.
Our Tools & Frameworks
We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in your project. You receive a license to use these as part of your final deliverable.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. General terms include:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement
- Milestones: Payments are typically structured around project milestones
- Final Payment: Full payment is required before final deliverables are released
- Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur additional charges and project delays
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Timelines may be affected by:
- Delays in receiving client feedback or materials

- Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed number
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We will communicate any expected delays promptly and work with you to minimize impact.
Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question

- We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting outages, or platform changes
- Results from marketing or SEO services are not guaranteed as they depend on various factors
Termination
Either party may terminate a project under the following conditions:
Client Termination
You may terminate with written notice. Payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date. The deposit is non-refundable.
Our Termination
We may terminate if payments are overdue, client is unresponsive for extended periods, or if continuing would be harmful to our business or team.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide all completed work for which payment has been received. Ongoing support and maintenance services will cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. For active projects, the terms in effect at the time of contract signing will apply. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any updates.
